摘要

方法：测定针刺前后单纯针刺组及针药联合组促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CS)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、白介素6 (IL6)、血小板聚集率(PAgT)、纤维蛋白原(FG)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、空腹血糖(FBG)含量和临床症状评分。结果：两组治疗均能明显降低垂体-肾上腺轴激素、免疫细胞因子、PAgT、FG、FBG水平(P<0.01)，提高PT浓度(P<0.01)，减少症状评分量值(P<0.01)，差值比较，尤以针药组为突出(P<0.05，P<0.01)。
