摘要

应用ＣＴ测量了６０例不同体型成年人的哑门安全针刺深度及颈围、颈前后径、颅前后径。经统计，得出了哑门安全针刺深度，男性瘦长型为３．７８±０．３ｃｍ，适中型４．２８±０．３３ｃｍ，矮胖型４．８３±０，５０ｃｍ；女性瘦长型为２．９０±０．５４ｃｍ，适中型３．６５±０．５４ｃｍ，矮胖型４．４０±０．５３ｃｍ。同时还测出了哑门安全针刺深度与颈围、颈前后径、颅前后径的相关系数（Ｐ＜０．０５）和回归方程，供临床医师参考。
