摘要

在Ｂ超监测下，对８０例胆囊炎患者的胆囊面积变化和运动功能进行了治疗性实验观察，并与药物对照。结果表明，实验组针刺后脂餐试验较针刺前胆囊平均缩小面积提高，二者相比，无论是试餐３０分钟或６０分钟，都有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。针刺后胆囊运动功能改善的例数也有显著性增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）。针刺后胆囊炎痊愈７４例（９２．５％），对照组痊愈９例（３２．１％），两组相比也有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示针刺对胆囊运动功能有明显的调整作用。
