腧穴名称则是其重要的组成部分和基础知识。正确地理解穴名的含义

对于研究针灸的历史

探讨中医的理论

以及掌握喻穴的主治、定位和取法等等

均可有所裨益。可是

由于历史的原因

针灸穴名在千古流传的过程中

产生了若干讹误

这就在相当程度上削弱了腧穴命名的作用。建国以来

随着我国对外文化交流的发展

国际上学习、使用、研究针灸者日益
