摘要

整理林琳教授运用中医内外综合治疗哮喘临证经验。林琳教授临床将哮喘分为寒、热、风、瘀、虚5个证型进行辨证治疗:小青龙汤结合火罐、艾灸、针刺、砭石治疗寒哮;定喘汤与针刺、刮痧、走罐治疗热哮;麻苏二陈合三子养亲汤配合针刺、火罐治疗风哮;血府逐瘀汤与针刺、拍法、走罐、砭石治疗瘀哮;补中益气汤合参蛤肾气丸与温针、穴位注射、砭石治疗虚哮

并附验案一则

从内外合治体现出"治病必求于本"和"扶正祛邪"的诊治理念。
