介绍吴汉卿教授运用中医筋骨针疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床经验。吴汉卿教授认为神经根型颈椎病的病机主要为颈项部、手三阳经筋受损、筋结形成

痹阻经脉

气血瘀滞;治疗上主要应用筋骨针疗法

以松解筋结、疏利手三阳经筋、活血行气为原则;取穴方面采用"三关定位法"

选取手阳关三针、腕阳关三针

于颈部选取相应节段横突筋结点

同时"循筋取穴"选取辅助治疗点;治疗过程中根据针刺部位、层次灵活运用不同行针手法

并强调医者细心体会针感

保持医患互动

以提高安全性。
