摘要

通过分析《偏头痛针灸临床实践指南》(《指南》)国内、国际(研制中)标准临床问题的差异

明确国内标准向国际标准转化的具体问题。以针灸从业者为主要对象

采用问卷调查方式

从基本信息和临床问题两方面进行调研

调研结果显示

《指南》国际标准需要对下列内容进行补充:适用的患者群体、适用的疾病类型、针灸治疗偏头痛的最佳介入时机、治疗偏头痛的常用针灸方法以及《指南》涉及的其他健康问题。对于关键问题、针对新增的适用疾病类型的治疗方案、疗效评价细化程度也需要进行更新

但这些问题的解决最终取决于临床证据的情况。
