摘要

以胰岛炎性反应为基点，探讨针刺治疗2型糖尿病（T2DM）的可能新机制。胰岛巨噬细胞、胰腺脂肪细胞及胰岛β细胞均参与T2DM的发病过程，且三者可构成网络交互。而针刺可调节胰岛巨噬细胞功能表型、改善胰腺脂肪异位沉积及修复胰岛β细胞功能，并发挥整体调节的独特优势，提示针刺可成为T2DM潜在的治疗策略。
