摘要

总结高宏治疗抽动障碍的临床经验。认为抽动障碍以元气亏虚为本，神失守位是病机关键，提出培元调神针法治疗抽动障碍。培元调神的主要环节在于和调任督二脉，临床取腹部任脉穴与头部督脉穴为主，腹部取中脘、下脘、气海、关元；头部取百会、神庭、本神、印堂等；强调针刺顺序、进针深度对疗效的影响，常取百会穴为第一针；临床还根据抽动障碍的证型与部位，采取辨证与辨症相结合治疗。
