To summarize and analyze the clinical application characteristics of Qugu（CV 2） in ancient and modern literature based on data mining technology. The Chinese Medical Code（the 5th edition） was taken as the retrieval source of ancient literature

erectile dysfunction and prostatic hyperplasia. Thirty-six acupoints were concurrently used with Qugu（CV 2）
