摘要

笔者采用针刺督脉及背俞穴远近结合治疗轻中度腕管综合征31例，现报道如下。1临床资料31例轻中度腕管综合征患者均来自2020年10月至2022年2月山西省针灸医院门诊部和住院部，其中男9例，女22例；年龄26～59(41±10)岁；病程1.0～5.9(3.5±1.5)个月；Phalen征（+）29例，Tinel征（+）31例。均符合《临床诊疗指南：物理医学与康复分册》

中轻中度腕管综合征的诊断标准：手掌桡侧包括拇指、示指和中指疼痛及麻木，可向肩、肘部放射，清晨、夜间症状加重；

Abstract
