摘要

据黄元御“一气周流”理论，探析重症肌无力（MG）中气匮乏、“周流”失序的病理机制，并总结归纳出依托阳明为基、培补中气，补脏袪邪为主、调神复窍为辅的针刺诊疗思路，以达患者四肢、胞睑、构音、吞咽、视物、呼吸、精神等运动和非运动功能恢复的目的。

Abstract

Based on

HUANG Yuanyu

's theory of

yiqi zhouliu

(constant circulatory flowing of

) it is explored that the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis refers to

deficiency in the middle

jiao

and the disarrangement of

zhouliu

. It is summarized that the approach to acupuncture diagnosis and treatment should focus on replenishing

of the middle

jiao

based on

yangming

and tonifying the functions of

zang

organs to eliminate pathogens

assisted with regulating

shen

(spirit) and opening the orifices so as to promote the recovery of motor and non-motor functions of the four limbs

eyelids

speech articulation

swallowing

vision

respiration and mental state in patients.
