deficiency

cold and dampness accumulation or

and the obstruction of

and blood. The therapeutic effects on these symptoms are not satisfactory with either herbal medication or western drugs. But

the effects can be obviously improved by replenishing

yang

with heat-sensitive moxibustion and medication in combination. Hence

he has proposed the academic view

"synergistic effect of moxibustion combined with medication"

based on which

the enhanced

yang qi

may accelerate the actions of medication. Guided by this academic view

the tumor rehabilitation is conducted. In clinic

the heat-sensitive moxibustion is combined with immune targeting therapy or chemotherapy

which obviously inhibits tumor

reduces the adverse reactions of drugs

improves the quality of life and extends the life span of tumor patients. It is anticipated to launch a new pattern of moxibustion-medication collaboration to improve the clinical therapeutic effect on tumor through the synergistic effect of the coordination of

yang qi

and medication.
