摘要

剖析穴位注射致外周神经损伤的原因，并提出规避方法，包括应重视药物理化特性并加强对药物配伍的研究，对高危穴位进行分类并制定穴位安全针刺的国际标准，规范穴位注射的临床操作，必要时结合超声技术提高操作的准确性与安全性，以期降低临床应用穴位注射的风险。

Abstract

This paper analyzed the causes of peripheral nerve injury induced by acupoint injection

and proposed methods for prevention. These methods included emphasizing the physicochemical properties of medications and strengthening research on medication compatibility

classifying high-risk acupoints and establishing international standards for safe acupoint needling

standardizing clinical procedures for acupoint injection

and incorporating ultrasound technology when necessary to improve the accuracy and safety of the procedure. These strategies aimed to reduce the risk associated with the clinical application of acupoint injection.
