摘要

目的：

探讨任督通调针刺法治疗肾阴虚火旺证多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）高雄激素血症（HA）的临床疗效。

方法：

将80例PCOS-HA患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服，每次2 mg，每天1次，每个月经周期连续服用21 d；观察组予任督通调针刺法治疗，穴取气海、中脘、关元、中极、命门、腰阳关等，每天1次，至卵泡排出停止治疗为1个月经周期。均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者治疗前后血清睾酮（T）、双氢睾酮（DHT）、黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、催乳素（PRL）、性激素结合球蛋白（SHBG）水平，及痤疮、多毛评分，并比较两组患者月经恢复率、排卵恢复率、基础体温（BBT）双相率及临床疗效。

结果：

与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者T、DHT、LH、PRL及痤疮、多毛评分降低（

0.05），FSH、SHBG升高（

0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者T、DHT、LH、PRL及痤疮、多毛评分低于对照组（

0.05），FSH、SHBG高于对照组（

0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者月经恢复率、排卵恢复率及BBT双相率均高于对照组（

0.05）。观察组总有效率为97.5%（39/40），高于对照组的82.5%（33/40，

0.05）。

结论：

任督通调针刺法治疗可调节肾阴虚火旺证PCOS-HA患者性激素水平，改善HA的临床症状，并能加快月经、自然排卵的恢复。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of

Rendu Tongtiao

acupuncture (acupuncture for regulating and improving the circulation of the conception and governor vessels) on hyperandrogenism (HA) in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with kidney-

yin

deficiency induced fire hyperactivity.

Methods

A total of 80 PCOS-HA patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group

the serum levels of testosterone (T)

dihydrotestosterone (DHT)

luteinizing hormone (LH)

follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)

prolactin (PRL)

sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG)

and the scores of acne and hirsutism were compared in the two groups; besides

menstrual recovery rate

ovulation recovery rate

basic body temperature (BBT) biphasic rate and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.

Results

Compared with those before treatment

the levels of T

DHT

LH and PRL

as well as the scores of acne and hirsutism were reduced in the two groups after treatment (

0.05)

and the levels of FSH and SHBG were increased (

0.05). After treatment

the levels of T

DHT

LH and PRL

as well as the scores of acne and hirsutism in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (

0.05); and FSH and SHBG were higher (

0.05). After treatment

the menstrual recovery rate and ovulation recovery rate

as well as BBT biphasic rate in the observation group increased in comparison with the control group (

0.05). The total effective rate was 97.5% (39/40) in the observation group

which was higher than 82.4% (33/40) of the control group (

0.05).

Conclusion

Rendu Tongtiao

acupuncture can effectively regulate the secretion of hormones

alleviate the clinical symptoms of HA

and accelerate the recovery of menstruation and natural ovulation in patients with PCOS-HA of kidney-

yin

deficiency induced fire hyperactivity .
