摘要

报道1例以灵龟八法按时开穴配合针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的情况。本案患者表现为右上眼睑下垂，自主睁眼不能，视物模糊、重影，辨证属脾虚肝郁证，给予针刺治疗，以灵龟八法按时开穴（开双侧外关、足临泣、公孙、内关、照海、列缺、申脉、后溪），结合局部（患侧风池、阳白、攒竹等）及远端（双侧合谷、足三里、光明等）配穴。每日针刺1次，第1次治疗后患者上睑下垂症状明显改善、视物重影减轻，治疗5次即获痊愈。随访半年，未见复发。

Abstract

This paper reports a case of oculomotor nerve palsy treated with acupuncture based on the

Linggui Bafa

acupoint-opening method. The patient presented with right upper eyelid ptosis

inability to open the eye voluntarily

blurred vision

and diplopia. According to syndrome differentiation

the condition was diagnosed as spleen deficiency and liver constraint. The acupoint selected included: "Linggui Bafa" acupoints (bilateral Waiguan [TE5

supplemented with local acupoints (Fengchi [GB20

etc. on the affected side) and distal points (bilateral Hegu [LI4

etc.). Treatment was administered once daily. After the first session

the patient showed marked improvement in ptosis and diplopia. Full recovery was achieved after five sessions. No recurrence was observed during a six-month follow-up.
