摘要

“经脉-脏腑相关”理论是经络理论的核心内容之一，对针灸临床诊治疾病起到关键的指导作用。本文对“经脉-脏腑相关”理论的古今文献进行归纳整理，并结合临床实践经验，提出“审症辨脏，按脏察经，循经选穴，通经调脏”的经络诊治规律，以期构建符合针灸临床实际的诊疗思路，为提高临床疗效、优化针灸诊疗方案提供参考。

Abstract

The "meridian and

zang

correlation" theory is one of the core components of meridian theory

and plays a crucial guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture-moxibustion. This article summarizes the ancient and modern literature related to the "meridian and

zang

correlation" theory

and in combination with clinical practice experience

proposes a diagnostic and therapeutic pattern of "examining symptoms to identify the affected

zang

organs

observing the meridians according to

zang

differentiation

selecting acupoints along the meridians

and regulating the

zang

organs through meridian dredging"

which aims to build a diagnostic and treatment approach that conforms to the clinical practice of acupuncture-moxibustion

and to provide references for improving clinical efficacy and optimizing acupuncture- moxibustion diagnosis and treatment strategies.
