摘要

报道1例多系统萎缩自主神经功能障碍患者接受针刺治疗的情况。本病病机为肾虚髓减，采用孙氏头针联合阴阳刺施治。穴取百会、宁神、中极、关元、命门及双侧情感区、足运感区、血管舒缩区、泌尿生殖区、天枢、照海、肾俞、大肠俞、膀胱俞、次髎，头针施以经颅重复针刺刺激手法，双侧足运感区、天枢和次髎连接电针。每日1次，每周5次，共治疗4周，症状改善。随访4周，整体病情稳定，未见明显进展。

Abstract

This paper reports one case of autonomic dysfunction in multiple system atrophy treated with acupuncture. In pathogenesis

kidney deficiency and marrow decline were involved. In treatment

Sun

's scalp acupuncture was adopted in combination with

yinyang

acupuncture therapy. Point prescription was composed of Baihui (GV20)

Ningshen (Extra)

Zhongji (CV3)

Guanyuan (CV4) and Mingmen (GV4); as well as emotion area

foot-motor-sensory area

vasomotor area

urinary-reproduction area

Tianshu (ST25)

Zhaohai (KI6)

Shenshu (BL23)

Dachangshu (BL25)

Pangguangshu (BL28) and Ciliao (BL32) on bilateral sides. The transcranial repetitive stimulation technique was used in scalp acupoints. Electroacupuncture was applied to bilateral foot-motor-sensory area

Tianshu (ST25) and Ciliao (BL32). The treatment was provided once daily

5 times a week and for 4 weeks. After treatment completion

the symptoms were alleviated. It was found in 4 weeks of followup

the overall condition of illness was stable and the disease was not worsened.
