摘要

针灸专业学位硕士研究生培养的基本目标定位在“大医精诚”、德才兼备，知识结构系统完整，临床科研实践俱强，协作沟通综合发展。本文就针灸临床教学中，如何突出针灸学科特点，在课程、教师、教材、实践等方面进行深化改革，培养出理论深厚、临床扎实，岗位胜任力强的针灸人才队伍，结合笔者的临床教学实践，从“德育为先、能力为重、经典为基、创新为翼、传承为道”五方面，论述针灸专业学位硕士研究生针灸临床教学的体会。

Abstract

The fundamental objectives of cultivating candidates of professional master's degree in acupuncture and moxibustion are to embody the principles of "great physician

utmost sincerity"

possess both moral excellence and professional competence

have a systematic and comprehensive knowledge structure

demonstrate strong capabilities in clinical research and practice

and develop in collaboration and communication. The paper reflects on clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion for candidates of professional master's degree in acupuncture and moxibustion from following aspects: ①How to highlight the distinctive characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical teaching. ②Carry on deep reforms in curriculum

teaching staff

teaching materials and practical training. ③Cultivate a team of acupuncture and moxibustion professionals with profound theoretical knowledge

solid clinical skills and strong competence. ④Introduce the author's experience in clinical teaching from five perspectives: "moral education as the priority

competency as the focus

classics as the foundation

innovation as the driver

and heritage as the path".
