摘要

现代针灸学科奠基人承淡安先生于1933年提出“内脏-皮肤相通论”，并围绕该理论进行了系列研究与阐释，笔者以“内脏-皮肤相通论”为切入点，重点阐明承淡安先生“内脏-皮肤相通论”的核心思想，揭示经穴与内脏、体表之间内在联系的异同，提出经穴本质为“内脏-皮肤信息交汇的功能性节点”的理论假说，具体包括空间信息维度、结构信息维度、功能信息维度、时间信息维度等。

Abstract

the founder of modern acupuncture and moxibustion

proposed the "viscera-skin communication theory" in 1933 and conducted a series of studies and interpretations based on this theory. Focusing on "viscera-skin communication theory"

the authors elucidated the core concepts of this theory

revealed the similarities and differences in the intrinsic connections of acupoints with viscera and body surface. The authors proposed a theoretical hypothesis that the essence of acupoints refers to "functional nodes where visceral and cutaneous information converge and exchange"

encompassing multiple dimensions such as spatial information

structural information

functional information

and temporal information.
